Andersons Martial Arts Academy has been teaching simple, effective reality-based self-defense for over two and a half decades. Each one of our arts covers one of the essential areas of self defense. Through Jeet Kune Do, Kali and Filipino Martial Arts, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and Boxing we cover a self-defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios in each and every range of attack; from strand up, the ground, weapons and multiple attacker scenarios. Along side physical self defense education, the classes and arts are powerful and effective in building confidence and self awes. They all encorporate easy to learn techniques that will empower you, make you more confident, and give you the tools to protect yourself and your family. Because we understand that self-defense is more then a single class, in order to train self defense and be effective we advise our students to take a variety of our classes, starting with Jeet Kune Do and Kali.
