A huge congratulations to everyone that tested this past week.
It has been an incredible journey for each of you thus far, and all of us here at AMAA would like to thank you for letting us be a part of it, and congratulate you for putting in the hard work to make your goals a reality. We cannot wait to see how much further you will all go, and we are proud to have you as a part of our AMAA family….

Muay Thai Testing

There is a real magic in true, earned and respected, loyal accomplishment. It spells the difference between mediocrity and true skill and passion.

AMAA Muay Thai testing was great; after an hour of sparring and technical work, Sifu Anderson promoted several very deserving armbands “Prajioud”.

Yellow, green and BLACK  (yes, our very own Alex Zulnova received her black cord today) .

Gracie Jiujitsu Testing

Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

The #Ateam morning started with Gracie Jiujitsu testing – with well earned stripe and belt promotions the AMAA family graduated new blue, purple and BROWN belts with every certificate directly singed by Sifu Dan Anderson & Clark Gracie as well as Assistant Professor Perez Figuera — we cannot even begin to articulate how great everyone looked! With both the standing, takedown and ground execution of the art, each and every student earned their rank.

Jeet Kune Do/ Filipino Martial Arts Testing

A great accomplishment shouldn’t be the end of the road, just the starting point for the next leap forward.

Next up was the JeetKune Do/ Filipino Martial Arts Kali testing – a very special test because of the high amount of curriculum and ability this group of students have to know and display. Many graduated to Phase 2!!! (Huge step), and many others moved into yellow and orange. Now, let’s keep growing AMAA family ?
